虽然我的体力是有点不济，但是呢，我还是会做好准备的，因为这是我的成长之旅，一个让我寻找自己的旅程。所以加油！

Today’s a big day!
It’s the day I officially initiated my 50 days transformative training!
Although the Sabah trip hasn’t come to a finalized stage yet, I somehow truly believe that I will be able to be there! So yup!
Started my warm-up training today!
1km run + 12storey climbing today!
Have to keep up with the progress! Need to be fit so that I can fulfill my 21st backpack trip!

I believe you can do it! Although all of the people are worried for my safety (thanks friends for your concern), I will make the best out of the trip!
